Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to all the following terms.

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission for any reason. These terms and prices are subject to change at any given time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
Prices may ultimately vary based on detail and time I think it will take to complete. If I believe the product can be completed in a shorter amount of time, you will be charged accordingly.

II. PAYMENT
• Payment is due in full before the Sketch phase begins.
• Payment is accepted through PayPal, Venmo or CashApp. All Prices are in USD.

III. CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
• You may request a full refund up until the completion and confirmation of the final linework. In the event that I am unable to complete the artwork I was commissioned for after that point, I will provide a full refund and send the artwork in the state that it is in at the moment which the money has been refunded.
• The commissioner may take that artwork and hold on to it until I am able to complete said artwork or can give it to another artist to complete or make of their own work. I will not work on it further if it is given to another artist to be completed.

IV. PROCESS, REVISIONS, & COMMUNICATION
• I will send updates at completion of each major stage (sketch → lineart → color→ shading/rendering).
• You may request a work in progress update at any time.
• Turnaround time depends on my current workload and complexity of the art. General time to completion may take 1-4 weeks.
• I don't delete art files, so at any point you may request any minor edits should you notice any errors after the final product is complete.
•Please only minor changes after I start coloring.
Major changes may include:
Color scheme swap
Adding or removing limbs/appendages
Complete background change
Change in pose
Minor changes may include:
Spot color fixes
Pattern edits
Jewelry/small clothing edits
Filters

VI. USAGE POLICY
• I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise.
• I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork unless requested otherwise.
• The final product is strictly for your personal use only.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
• Print the work for personal use.
• Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
• Use the artwork as reference for a study.
• Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible. Credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work :)You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
• Claim the artwork as yours.
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
• Reproduce the work commercially

Commissions

- Chibis in any style will generally be priced from a "Simple" to a "Half Body" based on detail.
- Added Character Rates: 1 extra (+ 50%) 2 extra(+80%)
- Fullbody feral characters will be priced from Bust to Full body according to detail
- Background scenes: + $20
